Health coaching draws on the principles of positive psychology and appreciative inquiry and the practices of motivational interviewing and goal setting. The terms "health coaching" and "wellness coaching" are used interchangeably."

Integrative Health coach program is a thorough and practical course that offers the core foundational knowledge and understanding of evidence-based integrative health practices that have been demonstrated to enhance client’s outcomes. You will work with experts from CCHM mentorship pool to learn a body of knowledge about, nutritional, lifestyle management, disease prevention, stress reduction techniques, anti-aging techniques, functional assessment techniques, lunch and learn programs evidence based techniques to optimize your client’s health.

Delivery Format: 

Tele-seminars, webinars, and on-site workshops

Time will be dedicated each week end for practical demonstration (working with each other) in a small group on day one. The techniques will help your client’s health challengessuchas: pain, insomnia, irritable bowel syndrome, cancer survivorship (supportive care), weight management and rejuvenation. Learn new strategies to increase client’s engagement in improving health through making lifestyle changes and stress management.

This course the student with excellent resources on both conventional and alternative scopes of laboratory chemistries. The course content focuses on the assessment of nutritional status and trend towards health challenges through interpretation of standard lab test when presented by the client.

In this course, you will learn how to market yourself as an Integrative Health Coach with the boundaries of the Law.
